My name is Eric, and I’ve been working as an IT consultant for more than 20 years in demanding professional environments where structure, analysis, precision, and long-term vision are essential. In parallel, I have been practicing bodybuilding for over 30 years — not only as a sport, but as a discipline built on consistency, execution, and progression over time.
My engineering mindset naturally shaped the way I approach training: observe, analyze, structure, optimize, and transmit. Beyond performance itself, the objective is to understand the mechanics behind progression and build sustainable methods grounded in real-world experience.
Through Discipline Athletic, I share an approach based on field experience, technical execution, rigor, discipline, and long-term progression. No shortcuts, no unrealistic promises — only consistency, structure, and continuous improvement.
“Passion creates momentum. Rigor and discipline make it last.”
After an injury during competitive tennis, I turned to weight training. Very quickly, bodybuilding became a true passion. I rediscovered values that had already shaped me through sport: self-improvement, mental strength, consistency, and the constant pursuit of progress.
Over time, I began to structure my training, nutrition, and mindset. This approach naturally led me toward a healthier, more balanced lifestyle while strengthening my discipline, resilience, and ability to manage stress. Step by step, bodybuilding became far more than a sport: it became a way of life.
Naturally drawn to aesthetics and attention to detail, posing quickly became an essential part of my journey. Over time, I refined this discipline combining body control, precision, and physical expression. I began performing demonstrations in different gyms — a form of influence long before the rise of social media.
This passion and lifestyle have never left me. Even today, they continue to help me grow and bring me genuine fulfillment. Naturally, I turned toward sharing knowledge: in the gym, people regularly ask me for advice regarding training, technique, nutrition, mindset, and progression.
